Work for Us
At Pathways Supported Accommodation, our goal is to help young people overcome the myriad of challenges they face. This encompasses assisting them with tasks like filling out forms for school, college, housing, coordinating medical appointments, and accompanying them to court sessions. As a youth support worker with us, you'll stand as a pivotal member of our committed team, working closely with fellow staff and operating under the direction of the Home Manager. Your contribution is vital in guaranteeing that these youths obtain the holistic support essential during these defining moments of their journey to independence.
